FormFast is looking for someone to work 1-2 days a week, 9am-4pm.  Pay will be $18/hour. The student filling this position will handle a wide range of important duties. 



Job Functions

  • Assisting the Controller in day to day accounting activities
  • Filing and organizing accounting records
  • Research and documentation of policies and procedures
  • Format and analyze financial data for management analysis
  • Review customer contracts and extract certain criteria
  • Develop graphs and charts in excel for financial reporting analysis
  • Assist in recording transactions in QuickBooks
  • Perform monthly account reconciliations

Learning Objectives

The finance intern will learn various functions in Excel, QuickBooks software, and have exposure to accounting and finance functions.

Education and Experience

  • High school diploma
  • Actively pursuing a Business/Accounting degree
