Overview

FormFast is seeking an experienced software support and quality assurance individual who wants to work with leading technologies.   Do you want to see your work used by possibly millions of healthcare users? FormFast is the #1 provider of eForms for Hospitals. You will have the ability to grow in a variety of technologies such as Windows, SQL, IIS, regression testing tools, and many more.   You will assist with the support and testing of enterprise software for the Healthcare field on an international level. We are looking to hire in the Nashville, TN or Kansas City, MO areas.

Responsibilities

  1. Work as part of a collaborative, Agile engineering team to perform client-level support, and test software code related to our products.
  2. Participate in software planning meetings and video conferences.
  3. Provide high level support to our staff and customers for advanced software issues related to the developed software.
  4. Participate in occasional company meetings by phone or with travel to headquarters or the meeting site, as necessary.
  5. Provide documentation feedback to the Documentation department for developed software.
  6. Work as art of the QA team to test developed software features and bug fixes.
  7. Interact with our Agile development tracking system to process assigned tasks and provide the Development Managers with daily Stand-Up reports.

Qualifications

Required High Level Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Windows Server and user operating systems
  • Microsoft SQL Server
  • Web user interface technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Technical support sufficient for tier 3
  • IIS
  • Testing experience (Selenium, NUnit, QUnit, etc.)
  • Oral and written communication
  • Communicate professionally with coworkers, customers, and vendors
  • Work independently as part of a distributed development team and meet managerial goals
  • Full SDLC
  • Bachelor’s degree in a computer or other science related field (or equivalent job training or experience), plus 2+ years of industry experience in software support
