    As the FormFast Sr. Product Manager, you have a unique blend of industry and technical savvy; innovative thinking and a passion and drive for bringing world-class solutions and products to market.  The mission of FormFast, a Top 30 vendor to the healthcare provider market, is to build software products to empower the business of healthcare, so you will be as focused on solutions built using our products as you are on the product platforms themselves.  As such, you will be a major contributor to the overall solutions and product strategy and will be responsible for performing competitive and business analyses, collecting and analyzing market requirements, helping assess, validate and author solutions ‘stories’ that will be integral to product requirements, assist with product marketing, and provide pre- and post-sales support and training.

    You must enjoy spending time in the field to understand customer problems and finding innovative solutions for the broader market. You must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with all areas of the company. You will work with sales and marketing to fully understand the customer’s needs, help define the go-to-market strategy, and communicate product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. You will work with a product engineering counterpart to define product release requirements.  You will also serve as the primary internal and external evangelist for FormFast solutions offerings, occasionally working with the direct sales channel and key customers.

    • Oversee the market research, value proposition, competitive positioning, planning, and design of products and solutions built from those products from inception through end of product life cycle.
    • Lead and participate as an integral member of a highly collaborative cross-functional Product Management Council to develop and evolve the product roadmap, messaging and go-to-market plans.
    • In collaboration with Product Engineering, define products that are intuitive, achieve the product vision, and leverage our technology stack.
    • Build relationships with customers to garner feedback for development of product offerings. Present products to internal stakeholders and external customers at a senior level.
    • Keep abreast of competing products and identify market trends; assess impact to FormFast products.
    • Provide input for strategic plans and budgets.  Act as a spokesperson, advocate and Subject Matter Expert for the FormFast products and solutions, both internally and externally.


    • Prior experience in a product management role with the entire product lifecycle (taking a solution from conception to version 2.0) for a software vendor is highly desirable.
    • Knowledge of the healthcare provider industry and experience in working with acute and/or outpatient facilities, staff and clinicians to determine needs, gather and validate requirements and turn those into innovative products.
    • Practical problem solving and strong critical thinking skills with excellent judgment and initiative.
    • Self-starter who excels in forming positive relationships with all functional areas of the company.
    • Outstanding written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in sales, and handling sensitive customer needs.
    • Energetic and passionate about products and able to work under pressure.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, MBA or comparable highly desirable.
    • This position requires up to 40% travel.
    • We are looking to hire for this role in either St. Louis, MO or Nashville, TN.
