As the FormFast Sr. Product Manager, you have a unique blend of industry and technical savvy; innovative thinking and a passion and drive for bringing world-class solutions and products to market. The mission of FormFast, a Top 30 vendor to the healthcare provider market, is to build software products to empower the business of healthcare, so you will be as focused on solutions built using our products as you are on the product platforms themselves. As such, you will be a major contributor to the overall solutions and product strategy and will be responsible for performing competitive and business analyses, collecting and analyzing market requirements, helping assess, validate and author solutions ‘stories’ that will be integral to product requirements, assist with product marketing, and provide pre- and post-sales support and training.
You must enjoy spending time in the field to understand customer problems and finding innovative solutions for the broader market. You must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with all areas of the company. You will work with sales and marketing to fully understand the customer’s needs, help define the go-to-market strategy, and communicate product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. You will work with a product engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. You will also serve as the primary internal and external evangelist for FormFast solutions offerings, occasionally working with the direct sales channel and key customers.
