Overview

Responsible for the management of implementations for key clients.  Ensures project delivery occurs on time, within scope and within budget. 

 

Essential Job Functions

  • Review all contracts for assigned project to determine deliverables, scope, and technical requirements (10%)
  • Coordinate internal project planning meetings to review deliverables, scope, and technical requirements (10%)
  • Write Project Plans and Scope Statements, conduct kick-off meeting, discovery workshop, and regular status meetings with project stakeholders; complete status reports of all project activity on a regular basis; and provide all necessary internal and customer communications (35%)
  • Update SalesForce with project activity (5%)
  • Monitor all assigned projects throughout their lifecycle to keep project tasks on track, maintain an issues list, report scope creep, and write Project Change Requests if project deliverables and/or project scope changes during the project lifecycle (15%)
  • Monitor the quality of project deliverables; report issues to management (10%)
  • Assist the Systems Consultants with client communications; track the Consultants’ progress on project tasks (10%)
  • Notify accounting of project milestones and project closure (5%)

General Summary

The Solution Architect role is dedicated to supporting our sales efforts by acting as the technical and product SME.  This is a critical role and requires innovative thinkers, clear and strong communicators, technical expertise and a strong background in healthcare.
