To keep pace with our continued growth, FormFast is looking for an amazing ‘hands-on’ technology leader who will lead the engineering team responsible for the technology stack, web app, platform services, and software infrastructure. The Vice President of Engineering will be responsible for providing strong technology leadership, presence and direction for the strategic initiatives within FormFast.
A successful candidate will have an established background in developing scalable applications, a deep technical background, a passion for great software, strong organizational aptitude, excellent communication skills and a history of leading teams to achieve results in a fast-paced environment with creativity and great analytical skills. He/she will have depth in on-premise applications but will also have significant experience with building and deploying SaaS solutions. A dedication to innovating how software is built and delivered with a solid understanding of the implications and intersections of SaaS, Cloud and DevOps will be an important characteristic.
As the FormFast Sr. Product Manager, you have a unique blend of industry and technical savvy; innovative thinking and a passion and drive for bringing world-class solutions and products to market. The mission of FormFast, a Top 30 vendor to the healthcare provider market, is to build software products to empower the business of healthcare, so you will be as focused on solutions built using our products as you are on the product platforms themselves. As such, you will be a major contributor to the overall solutions and product strategy and will be responsible for performing competitive and business analyses, collecting and analyzing market requirements, helping assess, validate and author solutions ‘stories’ that will be integral to product requirements, assist with product marketing, and provide pre- and post-sales support and training.
You must enjoy spending time in the field to understand customer problems and finding innovative solutions for the broader market. You must be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with all areas of the company. You will work with sales and marketing to fully understand the customer’s needs, help define the go-to-market strategy, and communicate product positioning, key benefits, and target customers. You will work with a product engineering counterpart to define product release requirements. You will also serve as the primary internal and external evangelist for FormFast solutions offerings, occasionally working with the direct sales channel and key customers.

The Partner Manager role is responsible for executing against our overall corporate strategy as well as developing partnerships with healthcare focused Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). We are seeking individuals who can function at both a team and individual level, enjoy a dynamic and evolving environment and who are committed to personal excellence and success. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years of successfully developing and managing healthcare partnerships and at least 5 years of reseller/partner management, with a willingness to travel to customer locations and assigned tradeshows. This is a remote, work from home opportunity; however, candidates must have access to a major airport.

We are the industry leader in Healthcare with over 25% market share and a reputation for excellence among our customers. The Regional Account Manager role is responsible for executing against our overall corporate strategy as well as developing individual strategies suited to the geography and accounts covered. We are seeking individuals who can function at both a team and individual level, enjoy a dynamic and evolving environment and who are committed to personal excellence and success. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 5 years quota carrying outside sales experience in Healthcare with a willingness to travel to customer locations and assigned tradeshows. Applicants based in the southern US (Texas, Oklahoma) are preferred.
